Overview

Maple Sarap Lounge is seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to help oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will support the Restaurant Manager in supervising staff, maintaining operational standards, and contributing to the growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily restaurant operations.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of servers, cooks, kitchen helpers, and other staff.
• Assist with recruiting, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees.
• Monitor food quality, customer service, and workplace cleanliness.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
• Maintain inventory and order food, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and liquor regulations.
• Assist in preparing budgets, controlling costs, and monitoring revenues.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities to increase sales.
• Prepare operational reports and maintain business records.

Employment Requirements

• Secondary (high school) graduation certificate.
