Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (Mon-Friday + on call)

Rumex, Ullmanna, and AgXeed product lines continue to grow across Ontario, and we are looking for a motivated and hands-on Product Support Specialist to join the PGS Equipment team. This position will act as the key connection between PGS Equipment and our customers, providing product support, troubleshooting assistance, training, and relationship management for our specialty crop equipment lines.

Key Responsibilities:

? Provide in-field and remote customer support for Rumex, Ullmanna, and AgXeed equipment

? Assist customers with setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance

? Travel throughout Ontario to support customers during seasonal operations

? Coordinate with the PGS sales and service teams to ensure excellent customer experience

? Help identify and resolve technical issues efficiently

? Conduct customer training and product demonstrations

? Maintain strong relationships with growers and customers

? Assist with product feedback and communication between customers and manufacturers

Requirements:

? Minimum 2 years of specialty crop experience

? Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on mindset

? Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

? Excellent communication and customer service skills

? Comfortable using technology and diagnostic tools

? Willingness to travel frequently within Ontario

? Agricultural equipment experience is considered a strong asset

? Valid driver’s license required
