Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Develop, update, and implement software solutions while ensuring proper testing and integration.
  • Modify and enhance existing applications to improve functionality and performance.
  • Explain technical issues and provide clear solutions to team members and stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including system reports and user guides.
  • Support the process of gathering and recording user and business requirements.
  • Contribute to designing system architecture and technical specifications.
  • Build and support specialized software features for multimedia, including film and video.
  • Design and maintain applications for web-based and online business platforms.
  • Monitor, track, and resolve system incidents to ensure smooth operations.
  • Offer ongoing client support after deployment and work with data formats like JSON and automation tools such as RPA.
