In this role, you'll work closely with clients to develop unique patch concepts for businesses, clubs, military groups, events, and personal projects. Experience with custom patch makers, services, embroidery design, or promotional products is highly valued. You'll help transform ideas into finished patch designs while ensuring quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and refine custom patch artwork based on client requirements.
• Develop concepts for embroidered, woven, PVC, and custom morale patches.
• Communicate with customers regarding design revisions and production specifications.
• Ensure designs meet quality and manufacturing standards.
• Collaborate with production and marketing teams on new patch collections.

Requirements:

• Strong graphic design and creative problem-solving skills.
• Experience with design software such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Attention to detail and an appreciation for quality craftsmanship.
• Previous experience in the custom merchandise or patch industry is a plus.
