This is a unique opportunity to lead the creative, marketing, and digital operations for both our established Queen Street West location and our exciting new retail shop opening inside the Fairmont Royal York Hotel in 2027.

As our Media Coordinator, you will play a hands-on leadership role that combines high-end floral design, staff leadership, digital marketing, and brand development. Working closely with the Fairmont Royal York Hotel marketing team, you will help execute promotional campaigns, strengthen our online presence, and ensure a consistent luxury brand experience across both locations.

• Evaluate communication strategies and programs.
• Implement and evaluate communication and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate social media content and promotional campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Create marketing materials, website content, newsletters, and promotional copy.
• Maintain and update the company website, online shop, and seasonal collections.
• Coordinate online marketing initiatives, e-commerce promotions, and digital advertising.
• Analyze marketing performance and prepare reports.
• Collaborate with the Fairmont Royal York marketing team on ongoing campaigns and special events.
• Coordinate photography and visual content for social media and digital marketing.
• Assist with brand development and customer engagement initiatives.
• Supervise and train marketing support staff as required.
• Recruit and onboard new team members when needed.
• Perform administrative duties related to communications and marketing projects.
• Create high-end floral arrangements by selecting fresh flowers and complementary decorative elements to design bouquets and custom floral pieces.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of professional experience in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related role.
• Experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience maintaining websites and e-commerce platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Hospitality or luxury retail experience is considered an asset.
