Himsa Construction Inc. is a specialized construction and environmental remediation company providing restoration, demolition, hazardous materials remediation, drywall repairs, painting, finishing, and interior renovation services for residential, commercial, institutional, hospitality, and insurance restoration projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area. 

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Supervisor to join our team.

 

Job Duties: 

  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule workers on restoration and renovation projects.

  • Coordinate project activities with project managers, clients, insurers, and subcontractors.

  • Establish work methods and coordinate activities to meet project schedules.

  • Conduct site visits to monitor work progress and project requirements.

  • Inspect restoration and renovation work to ensure quality standards and project specifications are met.

  • Resolve work-related issues and recommend measures to improve productivity and quality.

  • Requisition materials, tools, equipment, and supplies.

  • Train workers on job duties, procedures, company policies, and workplace safety.

  • Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company standards.

  • Supervise restoration technicians and construction labourers.

 

Requirements: 

  • Completion of secondary school is required.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or restoration, including supervisory experience in restoration, renovation, or related construction projects.

  • Knowledge of restoration methods, demolition, drywall repairs, painting, finishing, interior renovation, and workplace safety practices.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

  • Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel, as required.

  • Flexible schedule required, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by operational needs.
