Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Gravure Printing Manufacturer to join our production team and handle gravure printing operations for flexible packaging and printed materials. The ideal candidate should have practical experience with gravure printing equipment, print preparation, cylinder-based printing, colour control, print-quality inspection, and packaging production. Candidates with previous experience in gravure printing, flexible packaging, films, laminates, pouches, bags, wrappers, labels, or other printed packaging materials are strongly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate gravure printing equipment for flexible packaging and printed materials.

• Prepare printing jobs according to approved artwork and production specifications.

• Monitor colour accuracy, registration, print clarity, and overall print quality.

• Perform basic machine setup, adjustments, and routine operating checks.

• Handle films, laminates, and other printing substrates according to production requirements.

• Identify print-quality issues and report machine or production concerns promptly.

• Maintain consistent printing standards throughout production runs.

• Follow production schedules, workplace safety procedures, and quality standards.

• Keep the printing area clean, organized, and ready for production.

• Record production information and communicate completed work to the production supervisor.

• Coordinate with design, prepress, quality-control, and production teams when required.

Requirements

• Previous gravure printing experience is preferred.

• Experience with flexible packaging printing is highly preferred.

• Practical experience operating gravure printing presses or related printing equipment.

• Good understanding of colour matching, registration, print quality, and production specifications.

• Ability to identify common printing, ink, registration, and finishing issues.

• Good attention to detail and accuracy during production.

• Ability to follow production instructions and meet scheduled deadlines.

• Responsible, punctual, safety-conscious, and professionally disciplined.

• Willingness to work on-site on a full-time basis.

Salary

CAD 55,000–75,000 per year, based on experience and skills.

Compensation will be determined according to the candidate's gravure printing experience, machine-handling skills, packaging printing knowledge, technical capabilities, and interview assessment.
