Job Description
Bhupinder Pannu family is looking for a permanent full-time Children Caregiver for their residence in Calgary, Alberta.
Duties to Perform:
Supervise and care for our kids at our own residence
Plan, prepare and serve meals to the children
Perform other housekeeping duties related to child care, including washing children’s clothes

Cleaning up after meals
Keep records of daily activities and health information of children
Maintain a safe and healthy environment at home
Instruct children about personal hygiene

Monitor and address the health and hygiene needs of children, including administering medications as required.
Discipline kids according to the methods requested by the parents
Provide age-appropriate educational training through organized activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings

Help children with homework and preschool work, when required

Communicate with parents about their children’s progress, behavior, and any concerns.

Work with parents, educators, or professionals to support the child's development and address any specific needs.
Requirement for Job:
Completion of secondary school is required.
6 months of related experience is required OR Completion of at least 6 months or longer training program in child care or in a related field is required.

Good communication skills in English.

Criminal record check.

Nonsmoking individual.

Benefits:
The job is full-time, 30-40 hours per week (minimum 30 hours are guaranteed), Monday to Friday.

30 minutes paid meal break, 5 days of paid sick leave. 4% Vacation pay of the gross salary will be paid each pay period.
Free of cost in home accommodation can be provided, if needed. This is not the requirement of employment. We may help in finding suitable accommodation nearby, if needed.
