Job Duties:

• Prepare and cook complete meals and foods according to restaurant and food truck standards.

 

• Ensure food quality, presentation, and portion sizes meet restaurant and client specifications.

 

• Ensure that all special requests and dietary requirements are accommodated appropriately.

 

• Assist in daily prep work to ensure the kitchen is ready for service.

 

• Drive food trucks to various locations and events as required.

 

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the food trucks, ensuring smooth service.

 

• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in the restaurant and on food trucks.

 

• Ensure all food storage areas are organized and meet health and safety standards.

 

• Coordinate with the operations manager and owners to ensure seamless kitchen and food truck operations.

 

• Communicate effectively with staff and management to address any issues or concerns.

 

• Assisting in training and developing new kitchen and food truck staff.

 

• Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure consistent food quality and service standards.

 

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.

 

• Receive and store food supplies, ensuring proper stock rotation to minimize waste.

 

• Work closely with event organizers and catering clients to plan and execute food truck services.

 

 

Qualifications and requirements:

• Completion of secondary school is required

 

• Minimum one-year of relevant experience in the field is required

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent (32 hours per week)

 

 

 

Wage: $19 per hour

Schedule: May Fluctuate between morning, evenings
